Lately, my calendar has been full of some really interesting projects.
I'm over halfway through facilitating a business accelerator for creative founders in Sacramento.
I'm also consulting with organizations in other parts of the world who are trying to build programming that moves the careers and businesses of the people inside their communities. ππΎ
It's a beautiful combination of story, structure, and strategy...all of which I love.

And yet...
Recently, my coworking space has been quieter and emptier than usual.
I've noticed more conversations from folks around me about job searching, business pivots, and career transition.
Honestly, I can't stop thinking about it.
Because even as I'm building something that lights me up, I'm watching a number of brilliant, credentialed, entrepreneurial-minded people navigate what I can only describe as survival mode. ππΎ
They're pushing through, trying to take care of their families and figure out what's next when the plan they had isn't working or no longer exists.
And I gotta say, this is exactly why The Purpose Post exists.
Not to tell you what to do, but to document the moves that matter. π―
Real moves made by real people who didn't have a roadmap either β so that when you're ready to make your next move, you'll already know it's possible.
Because you'll have seen it.
This moment of evolution, whether it came from a layoff, an internal shift, or just life doing what life does, is not the end of the story.
For some of the most purposeful careers I've ever witnessed, it's always page one of the next chapter. π¦
Those are the stories we're here to document, and I'm glad you're here to experience them all.
